Does anybody else think this story was too short and for the old gods to never show up and what about Irene the possibilities I felt this show could've went on like Supernatural I mean 15 to 16 seasons so much lore the books are awesome. Gosh I hope he's still writing them.
You know those videos that are like, "What's a scene from a movie/TV show that...?" There's ONE thing that completely takes me out of everything and it happens so close to the end.
It's when Eliot and Julia are in the dungeon and they request bourbon.
Bourbon!
Seriously?? After that whole hullabaloo about champagne not existing in Fillory, friggin BOURBON does?? Which does not even "exist" outside of the USA? By which I mean there's a Bourbon Board just like for Champagne (anecdote of you have a Crown Royal Bourbon bottle, keep it, it's gonna be worth something someday to the right people because the Bourbon Board rescinded their approval for Crown Royan to use the term)...
So the dungeon guard, of all people, recognizes what bourbon is???
Blah! It's such a very specific.... ick, I guess, and I just needed it to go somewhere appropriate, lol.
I am curious has ever been lost media involved in this franchise, like a lost episode, a promotional video or photo or a lost script, something like that.
Hot take but this wiki should be called the Library of the Neitherlands
Let's give the credit due... this series is one of the only good things that happened 2015-20.
Proof of concept....
So just finished this show for the first time probably gonna rewatch it,cause i connected with characters lot, especially Q!
So in last scene High King is sitting with Alice in her cottage surrounded by wards and cut off from everyone, outside of Fillory protected so they and the cottage aren't destroyed?
We have found out that Alice had a child around this time who had a daughter Plum. So is the High king the father of Alice's daughter? Isnt he the brother of the beast Martin who is also the brother of Alice? So does this mean they are also brother and sister too?
So was Alice already pregnant and by who? Or has this corrupted the time line so she doesnt have a daughter or grand daughter? So what happens to Plum?
Omg. I was just happy to reach the conclusion of season 4 but then the campfire scene at the end took my emotions by surprise. I can't imagine they were acting, it felt so real. I would like to know how they did it i.e. how they put themselves in such an authentic sadness mood. When Eliott's lips curl and then you see the surge of emotions in Quentin face.. omg I'm still crying. One of the most beautiful moment of tv I've seen. How did that scene made you feel?
Seen that there is a Discord server being advertised here but it doesn't technically indicate it as being an "official" server for the show anywhere for it, much less that same invite is invalid at this time anyway.
A couple of plot points that were never cleared up:
In the season 5 episode 'Apocalypse, now?' Natasha Mayakovsky asks Julia and Alice for a shade as the price of her help for the moon-rock heist. They ask if they're getting it back, she laughs. "You want my help, one shade, payment in advance. Discuss" She walks away and the scene cuts away. As far as I can tell, we never hear about it again but she's present during Elliot's time-loop revisit to the point where the group splits up for the individual heist tasks, so she either got a shade, or was negotiated to a different price, but we never saw anything about it, or found out what she wanted it for. Feels like if it were just something they thought about but then decided not to follow through on, it would have been easy to take out the request for the shade and make it just a revenge thing for Natasha, she seemed angry at her ex anyway.
Anyone know what happened here?
In the Season 3 episode 'Will You Play With Me?' The fairy queen made a deal that in exchange for her body - as magically powerful as 50 fairies "No fairy will be hunted by a non-fairy anywhere, ever, and this deal cannot be broken, for any reason, by any being, ever."
During the time of the Dark King, the fairies are being hunted, and for a something that's a fabrication.
Hoping it's not just a plot hole/oversight.
Could The Beast be a monster in the castle that somehow escaped before magic died and The Monster killed all of the monsters?
So, the moths. There is one blue distinct moth from the large manifestation of moths in The Beast' body when Alice killed him. The eyes also flash blue sometimes and The Monsters eyes flash another color too.
So...
Idk just reminiscing about the season.
Im new here :))
Ik no one cares but I love this show :O I'm almost at the end NOOOO
I was wondering if anyone knew why in the last episode of season 4 when they were at the seem, why Everett has a shimmery appearance? It’s like he isn’t actually there or something. I wasn’t sure if it had something to do with being in the mirror world.. but that didn’t make sense because he is the only one who looks like that. If anyone knows, I would love to hear why.
Ok so at the end of season 5 we see Alice, Margo,Josh, and Fyn sitting in the new Fillory eating and camping out. So my question/theory is that with all 4 technically creating the new world from the World Seed and bringing everyone from the old Fillory in the Seahorse, doesn't that technically make them the New Gods of Fillory? All but Fun are magicians.
Is there anyone or anything still inside???
Okay so Q gave is life trying to stop the monsters in Season 4 right. Even the God were afraid of him. They hid, The stole and made new personalities, they tried but they were defenceless against them but it took a human magician the ones they were just punishing to save them all.....them and everything that exists. Why didn't they bring him back to life as a reward or a thank you. I mean they were so powerful yet so weak.
Like if you agree
Comment if you disagree and why
Hi All, I'm looking to see if anyone knows how I can find the theme that you can usualy hear at the end of episodes but not only; also when a dramatic scene is happening. It's not PoliÇa - Very Cruel, nor Quentin's theme by Will Bates and it's not listed in the show's OST. It's driving me insane cause I can't find anything relevant posted about it.
some flavours: S2E11 => 0:33:18; S4E10 => 00:38:51; S4E11 => 00:31:35
Thank you!
