Alice Quinn was a student at Brakebills University for Magical Pedagogy, and the girlfriend of Quentin Coldwater. When Coldwater discovered the existence of Fillory during their studies at Brakebills, he, Quinn, and Julia Wicker traveled there and encountered The Beast. Alice Quinn was the sole survivor from the encounter.
