Eliot Waugh's Flask was an special enchanted flask used by Eliot Waugh.
History[]
The Flask was made by Eliot Waugh to never run out of liquor. Waugh secured the flask in the waistband of his pants during the Welters championship[1], and later brought it with him to Christopher Plover's home in England, offering it to Penny Adiyodi after he escaped from Prudence Plover.[2] During the Chase in the Neitherlands, Waugh's flask was confiscated by Zelda Schiff before he and his friends were banished from the Library of the Neitherlands after he burned the Book of Mike McCormick.[3]
