When Irene McAllistair placed a bounty on him and his friends for Deweys, Penny Adiyodi contacted Frankie Gallo for help forging a Library Black Card needed to steal the batteries to pay off Marina Andrieski. After stealing a Black Card from Beatrice McAllistair, Penny brought the card to Gallo's van, where he replicated the card before returning to Kady Orloff-Diaz's Penthouse.[1]
