The Magicians Wiki

A Glamour is an illusion that disguises the true appearance of a subject.

History[]

Henry Fogg, after removing the memories of his Quentin Coldwater, Margo Hanson, Elliot Waugh, Penny Adiyodi, Julia Wicker, and Josh Hoberman, used a powerful glamour to conceal their identities from the McAllister family, powering the spell with a perpetually charged magical battery. This glamour was exceptionally powerful as it acted to prevent any revelation of the truth behind the glamour, from causing accidents within the environment to incapacitating any magician who attempted to see beneath it.

Fogg later glamoured a copy of Practical Exercises for Young Magicians to appear as Costruzione di Mondi, a book banned by the Order of the Library of the Neitherlands.
