Harold is the herald of the East River Dragon. When Poppy Kline used a Fillorian tranquilizer dart on his mistress, Harold was taked with finding the elixir she stole, eventually hiring Julia Wicker and Quentin Coldwater to help.
Biography[]
Working for a Dragon[]
Harold answered a help-wanted ad posted for the East River Dragon to hire an assistant. As her herald, he answered all calls by Magicians to have an audience with the dragon.[1]
Search for the Elixir[]
After a thief stole a vial of elixir from the East River Dragon, Harold spent the next week looking for it. When Julia Wicker and Quentin Coldwater came to seek an audience with the dragon in search of the Nameless' organs, Harold was convinced to let them help. Harold told the two that the thief used an untraceable dart to tranquilize the dragon and sneak into her hoard.
Harold was later subdued by Penny Adiyodi when Julia and Kady Orloff-Diaz went to give the dragon egg Poppy used the elixir on to East River Dragon.
Delivering a Message[]
After the egg was turned over to his mistress, Harold was sent by the East River Dragon to Kady Orloff-Diaz's Penthouse to deliver the Monster's organ as its reward. However, Harold also delivered a message to Julia, stating that the former goddess should make her status temporary, for everyone's safety, and instructed her to search for the Binder.
