New Orleans, Louisiana, was the location of a safe house ran by Candace where Keshawn Warren and his students Emily Marks, Pat Masterson, and Audrey Flowers were recruited as part of Dean Henry Fogg's new initiative to include Hedge Witches as part of Brakebills.[1]
