Nameless' Sister is the eldest of a pair of twin gods created by the Old Gods. Possessing the power of multiple gods, she and her brother were considered mistakes and were imprisoned in Castle Blackspire. After four Librarians sacrificed her for her power, her brother lost his identity and memories until Quentin Coldwater and his friends released him from Blackspire while reactivating the Wellspring.

After possessing the body of Julia Wicker, she convinced her twin to take revenge on their creators but was soon exorcised by Margo Hanson and bound to a bottle until Coldwater trapped her in the Antiverse.

After the Old Gods created her and her brother, they proved to be too powerful and uncontrollable. They were later stripped of their bodies and memories and then locked away in Castle Blackspire by all the gods.

Magic

• Divine Physiology: Nameless' sister was a creation of the Old Gods, and she possessed the strength of multiple gods. As stated by Julia, she could easily destroy the planet and kill every living being on it with no effort at all.
  • Advanced Immortality: The sister was an unaging being that had lived since the time of the Old Gods. Her immortality surpasses that of normal gods like Bacchus, Iris, Persephone or Hades. According to the Binder, she and her brother couldn’t die.
  • Possession: She was able to inhabit the bodies of other creatures, through which she could perform basic actions, and she relied on possessing others after her own body was destroyed. Due to her hosts being mortal, the Monster's Sister needed to feed and protect their bodies, or else they would become too damaged, and she would need a new vessel.
  • Telekinesis: Nameless' Sister was able to move and otherwise manipulate objects to her will to an immense degree.
  • Teleportation: The Sister was able to teleport herself and others to different parts of the Multiverse, even into warded facilities.
