The Visigoth is a group of literate germanic barbarians who is known to show up in the worse time of Earth history. They are known to be the reason the Books of Everyone section is now burnt down.

The Great Fire of the Library[]
When the Visigoth raided the Library, they sought the section with the Books of Everyone in order to be able to plan every raid before it ever happened and even play with the stock market, as they take a special pleasure from short selling. To avoid the Visigoth completely destroying the timeline and lives of thousands of people, Zelda Schiff set a spell that burnt every book in the section. As the fire was left to do its damage, she fled with Alice Quinn; it is safe to assume that about half the library burned down.[1]
