Whitley is a Hedge Witch that worked in the Black Market. After the Order of the Library of the Neitherlands distributed Searchers to find a pair of fugitives, Whitley's boyfriend Kareem was killed by a bad spell interaction, leading her to seek revenge by destroying a Library branch.
